From our small Iowa town with a population of approximately 2,200 we’re proud to introduce our specialty gift shop consisting of fine antiques and collectibles as well as spacious and creative displays of new home décor items, baby and bridal gift items. We have created a family safe and secure web site to showcase our store, along with a safe and encrypted e-commerce site www.mainattract.com for purchasing many of our gifts and collectibles. Most of our items are not listed in the online store due to the diversity and quantity of items we carry. .....In 1994, we decided to bring-to-life our love of antiques and collectibles in the formation of a brick and mortar business in downtown Lake Mills, Iowa. We are natives of Lake Mills and set out to fill a sudden void in the retail section of our rural community. With the combination of antiques and new gifts items we strive to live up to our logo “the best of the old and the latest of the new”.

.....Appreciating and celebrating our Norwegian heritage, we are showcasing Norwegian gift items that include rosemale plates, tiles and clocks, fine linens, and a variety of items from Scandinavia. We also stock greeting cards, calendars, Yankee Candles and candle accessories plus the new and popular WoodWick candle, a candle which creates the soothing sound of a crackling fire with exceptional fragrances. We’ve recently added specialty and novelty jewelry and handbags, packaged rich, roasted coffees, chai and tea powder mixes, flavored syrups, gourmet dips, sauces, jellies and dressings. Plus specialty kitchen and cooking items.

Beginning November 1, 2007 we will be retailing Native Iowa wines and are anxious to present the highest quality wines possible. More below . . .
